EGBC is conducting a Hotham Residential Biathlon Camp beginning 2pm on Sunday 6 June at the Hotham Whisky Flat Biathlon arena. Limited accommodation has been booked at Bembooka Ski Lodge where evening sessions will be conducted. Athletes can use their own accommodation.
When: Sunday 6 July to Friday 11 July
Cost: $300 Coaching Fee
The program will be involve daily shooting sessions at Biathlon, ski technique and video analysis and evening sessions.
Residential Accommodation: Bembooka Ski Lodge – an invoice will be made to residential participants.
$85 per night / person at Bembooka 50% U16
To confirm your place and for us to book the range for you in advance please complete the following event waiver.
WAIVER: I understand that by participating in the residential on snow training camp and .22 biathlon training at the Hotham Biathlon Arena I may be exposed to potential hazards and that I should not join or participate unless I am medically fit and able.
INSURANCE: I understand that the training camp and .22 biathlon attendees are responsible for their own personal accident and property insurance.
MEDIA CONSENT: I agree to allow Biathlon Australia and East Gippsland Biathlon Club to use my/my child's/my ward’s name and any photographs taken of me/my child/my ward during activities for the promotion of Biathlon in the media and to the general public.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the event is cancelled by East Gippland Biathlon Club Inc due to adverse weather or another reason such as to proceed has been deemed unsafe, the session fees will be refunded. However, if the athlete is sick and can not attend the fees may not be able to be refunded as expenses will have been incurred.
